Which apartment?

So here in the order of the slideshow:

the building is located in the “Distrito de las Artes”; we enter by the No. 562 (impressive stairway when you arrive with your suitcases) or No. 570, originally reserved for homes on the ground floor but now equipped with a cramped lift but which you ride effortlessly with suitcase or bike on the 1st floor.

The entrance of the apartment on the passageway of the 1st floor which also serves 3 other apartments.

The ground floor, large space bringing together living room, dining room, American kitchen and toilet-sink.
There you will find flat screen (cable channels including information and sports channels, mini stereo, broadband wifi.

The 1st floor has a room with a bed of 140, a second room with 2-seater sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and toilets.

The 2nd floor consists of a private terrace of 56m ², the largest part solarium (two beds) with a pergola with sofa, table and chairs.
